MACEDON, Koinon of Macedon. temp. Gordian III. AD 238-244. Æ (27mm, 13.54 g, 8h). Head of Alexander the Great right, wearing lion's skin headdress / Warrior on horseback (Alexander on Bucephalas?) riding right, about to spear serpent. AMNG 727. VF, brown surfaces.
